When it started, Asian food was not at all known in Europe, and Wagamama was just a ground-breaking concept. The chain has 170 restaurants worldwide.
Wagamama is inspired by Kaizen philosophy, one of the most common expressions in Japan, which means ‘continuous improvement’.
